Rachel Winter, who joined Southern Pines Trucking in July of 2006, is responsible for all company administrative functions. Rachel brings to her position extensive knowledge in her field, and her excellent communication skills enhance all aspects of the operation. Prior to joining Southern Pines Trucking, Rachel worked for a large flatbed carrier.

Rachel holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
