Cryogenic Liquid Trailers

Southern Pines Trucking initially began transported Cryogenic material through inter-line agreements with suppliers and manufacturers.  However, in 2010 Southern Pines purchased six refurbished cryogenic tank trailers capable of transporting between 7,300 and 7,800 gallons of liquid oxygen, nitrogen or argon.  This decision was based primarily on a growing need for steel mill customers to supplement LOX when onsite production plants failed and subsequent supplier delivery was not possible.

Southern Pines Trucking bridges the manufacturer/end user gap to ensure minimal plant production loss due to lack of Cryogenic Material.

  • Equipped with remote “pony motor” for quick loading and offloading
